But what exactly does “energy efficiency house” and “QNG seal” actually mean?
- The total energy requirement of your property is expressed by the value “primary energy demand”. This shows how much energy you use on average for heating, ventilation and water heating. The maximum greenhouse gas emissions in the building life cycle for QNG-PLUS are 24 kg CO2 equ. /m² a and the calculated primary energy requirement in the building life cycle are a maximum of 96 kWh/m² a.
