Welcome to Eco-Village Holzheim

The outstanding residential project “Eco-Village Holzheim” is developing in the idyllic village of Holzheim, located on a spacious and picturesque plot of 12,000 square meters. This project stands for environmentally friendly construction and a lively sense of community. With a total of 28 residential units, which offer living space of between 53 and 70 square meters, the Holzheim Eco-Village is perfectly tailored to meet individual living requirements and cultivate harmonious coexistence.

The residential project in Holzheim impresses with the creation of sustainable and compactly designed residential units that fit perfectly into the surrounding landscape. The clear and linear designs of these units offer maximum aesthetic pleasure. Eco-friendly construction

In the “Eco-Village Holzheim” project, we value the use of environmentally friendly technologies and materials. The roofs of our buildings are prepared for the installation of photovoltaic systems, which will generate and store energy in the future in order to strengthen our contribution to CO2 neutrality. We build on soil-friendly point foundations in order to pollute the subsoil as little as possible. We also protect the natural water balance and deliberately keep large green spaces undeveloped in order to promote biodiversity.
