CO2 neutral

Thanks to our regional timber construction in EH40-QNG quality, we not only use environmentally friendly building materials, but also strive for almost CO2-free emissions during production and construction. Compared to an average house, which is polluted with around 459 kg CO2 per m² of gross area, our ecological standard is only around 66 kg CO2 per m². This underscores our commitment to sustainable construction and reducing environmental impact.

The environmentally friendly materials we use and regional manufacturing help to significantly minimize our ecological footprint. However, we are going beyond the aspect of reducing emissions and are striving for complete CO2 neutrality in our residential projects. We achieve this not only by using renewable energy during the construction process, but also by creating green spaces and sustainable mobility solutions in our villages.

Our houses generate a surplus of green energy, which is not only sufficient for living space, but also for e-mobility within our villages. This sustainable energy source aims not only to minimize the carbon footprint of our residents, but also to help positively impact the local environmental balance.

We see ourselves as pioneers in CO2-free residential development and strive to expand our influence beyond individual projects. By serializing our residential and accommodation products, we want to set standards and contribute to a livable and sustainable future together with residents, employers, property owners and construction companies. In this effort, we act as a digital accelerator that combines the various elements of a fragmented market in an environmentally friendly and efficient overall concept.

Our mission goes beyond building houses. We strive to operate villages that are not only energy efficient but also offer comprehensive service and energy packages for housing and mobility. This holistic approach to sustainable living and working sets us apart as pioneers for a CO2-free future.
