Task:

Micro-and mini-houses on plot WA6. Smaller, affordable, manageable living spaces/houses.

Our claim:

Small residential units with a minimalistic design that creates spacious spaces with minimal use of space. The ergonomic design creates the feeling of 20% more space, which allows comfortable use of smaller spaces and a reduction in living space and energy requirements. The relatively low CO2 footprint during construction can be reduced to zero in just a few years with a fully used photovoltaic roof area. There are 7 terraced houses with 77 m² of living space and 10 semi-detached houses with 79 m² living space.

The result is 7 townhouses with 77 m² of living space and 10 semi-detached houses with 79 m² of living space.
